Acceptance

By creating an Advanced Training HVACR ("ATH") account or accessing this site, you agree to these terms. ATH is operated by Torus LLC (Nevada).

Service description

ATH delivers AI-assisted trades training, certification preparation, and platform tools for working journeymen and contractor fleets. AI Sensei outputs are educational support, not a substitute for licensed professional judgment, manufacturer service literature, or applicable code authorities.

Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, scraping, or resale of AI outputs. No use of the platform to perform work outside your jurisdictionally licensed scope. Apprentice-tier accounts are intended for individual learners.

Subscriptions

Apprentice tier is free. Journeyman tier is $499/month plus $499 one-time setup. Contractor Fleet pricing is custom-quoted. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. No refunds on partial months unless required by law.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is." ATH does not warrant that AI Sensei outputs are error-free or fit for any specific job. Users are responsible for verifying code citations, equipment specs, and refrigerant procedures against authoritative sources before performing work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torus LLC's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing law

Nevada law, Clark County venue. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration except where prohibited.
